A specially formulated TBS for AP to provide superior pH stability. Contains a surfactant to ensure uniform spreading of reagents across the tissue section. An enzyme activator is added to increase staining efficiency for alkaline phosphatase systems. Sodium azide and thimerosal free.
Automation Wash Buffer
A specially formulated TBS to provide superior pH stability. This Wash Buffer works well for manual, capillary gap and automated immunohistochemistry applications, as well as other laboratory procedures requiring a high quality TBS buffer. The surfactant allows for reagents to spread more uniformly across slides. Sodium azide and thimerosal free.
Tween 20
Tween 20 is a detergent (surfactant) commonly added to buffers and reagents for immunohistochemistry. Its purpose is to decrease background staining and enhance reagent spreading in automated and manual procedures.

EcoMount
EcoMount is a low hazard, nontoxic, nonflammable, and an environmental friendly mounting medium. This polymer-based mounting medium does not contain hazardous reagents such as xylene, toluene or benzene. EcoMount is designed for the permanent preservation of HRP, AP and Qdot immunofluorescent techniques.EcoMount permits long-term storage of slides with organic solvent-soluble chromogens such as Vulcan Fast Red and Ferangi Blue chromogens. It can also be used for DAB and other non-soluble chromogens. EcoMount dries quickly and retains excellent refractivity. EcoMount is compatible for use on automatic coverslipping machines.
