The MACH 4 polymer detection system is the latest and strongest in Biocare Medical's line of biotin-free detection systems. This new biotin-free technology uses a specific probe to simultaneously detect mouse and rabbit antibodies and is then followed by a polymer horseradish-peroxidase that binds to the probe. This new and innovative polymerization technology was developed exclusively at Biocare Medical. MACH 4 incorporates three key technologies: increased number of enzymes bound to the polymer backbone, sensitivity enhancing probe and a biotin-free detection system alternative to the streptavidin-biotin systems. The staining results are stunningly strong, yet remarkably clean.
Available for both Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) and Alkaline Phosphatase (AP).
