Nemesis Universal SA-HRP Detection Kit
Useful for the detection of antigens coupled with biotinylated secondary antibodies, this detection kit makes use of streptavidin. Streptavidin has similar binding properties to avidin but it is not glycosylated and is therefore uncharged at neutral pH (6.5 vs. 10), which lowers background staining. The streptavidin enzyme conjugates are much more stable than the avidin-biotin complex and are significantly more sensitive.
Nemesis Universal Polymer HRP Detection Kit
This new polymer technology is biotin free and yields increased sensitivity up to 10-30 times compared to other leading polymer detection kits. It can be used manually or on automated stainers.
